Media Studies

This is definately my favourite part of my final magazine - the double page spread - because I really achieved what I was seeking out too. It was inspired by a double page spread I had seen in a magazine but I adapted it to be my own. 

 

I used polaroid pictures at the top as I believe it adds that real festival feel - looks indie - the polaroids are taken by me when I actually went to a festival myself, Reading Festival, therefore they really fit perfectly and I also added another image on the bottom right just to give it something more than just writing. However I think the writing is still very appealing - having the questions in bold and the response not shows contrast and makes it clear for the reader. In addition I added a quote from the interview on the bottom right to make it look more attractive and draws the reader in.

 

If I had to change it I may of made one page writing with the polaroids on top and the other with a big image but still having the polaroids on top!
